At Monster Hobbies, you will always receive the highest level of personalized customer service we can provide.
We are proud to have a new physical store location where you can visit us in person! We also continue to offer online shopping with the same great service and product selection.
For all online orders, we use PayPal and a Secure-Pay credit card processing system. When you pay by credit card, your information is securely encrypted and immediately erased from our system after the transaction completes. This means no one—not even Monster Hobbies—has access to your credit card details. For any future purchases, you will need to enter your payment information again as a new transaction.
Your privacy is paramount. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties. All information you provide stays confidential and is handled on a one-on-one basis by our sales team.

Item Condition
Unless otherwise specified, all items are either "new, used or vintage". Condition may vary and may include signs of wear such as fading, scuffs, stickers, or minor defects. Photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but exact condition may differ. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchase for detailed condition information.
Shipping
Monster Hobbies ships worldwide via Canada Post. While we do our best to keep shipping costs reasonable for Canadian orders, additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location. If this arises, we will contact you directly to agree on a fair solution before shipping.
Packages will be shipped either through letter mail (if they fit standard mail slots) or as tracked packages within Canada, depending on size and shape. We use regular Canada Post services, so please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.
If you prefer a different shipping option, such as Express Post, please contact me beforehand for additional information and fees.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number (if available) so you can follow your order’s progress. Some letter-mail items may not include tracking, depending on their size or shipping method — this will be noted in the listing when applicable.
Customer Service & Response Times
We pride ourselves on handling customer service personally. Your order support will never be outsourced to third-party call centers unfamiliar with your purchase. I am committed to responding directly and promptly to your questions or concerns.
Please note that while I strive to respond quickly, inquiries are handled in the order they are received. Typical response times are within 24–48 hours. Every situation is handled individually with the customer’s best interests in mind.
